There are dos roms available if you do a google search and someone's working on porting dosbox to android. Here's a link http://androiddosbox.appspot.com/
I haven't tried it so I can't tell you how good it works but I hope it helps. Please post back if you get good results.

I was looking a little more at that port for dosbox and it doesn't support virtual keyboards yet, they are working on it so you might want to save that link and check back to see if they make any progress.

There are two other emulators you could try, qemu and bochs
I'm not sure if either on supports virtual keyboards but its worth a shot.
