I can't seem to find one in the Focus section so I figured I'd start this out.

So far my must haves are pretty basic:

Facebook
Twitter
The Weather Channel
Netflix
ScoreMobile (Sports stats)
Kindle
DirecTV
NBA Scores Lite (Live Tile updates for current games)
Fight the Tide

That's what I have so far, Let's see what you guys have!

WinMilk (for cloud-backed Tasks w/ RememberTheMilk... uses smart adding)
gReadie (best Google Reader app hands down)
Facebook (duh)
Flickr, DailyMotion, Amazon.com, CockTailFlow, BigOven, GDocs, IMDB (Even if you don't use these services, these are the slickest prettiest metro-fied apps out)
YouTube by LazyWorm (is the best for finding and sharing videos; also DailyMotion)
AppFinder and AppBuzz ( because Marketplace sucks)
Tip Calculator (is maybe the best tip calculator)
Where (has a lot of functionality)
Cooking Timer (efficient timer/stopwatch)
Amazon Kindle (read some free classics)
Voice Recorder (everything you could ask for in such an app)
GVoice (I guess GoVoice lost)
Shazam (because Midomi Soundhound isn't on WP7 yet to ID your music)
PageOnce (because Mint isn't on WP7 yet to show your money)
WeatherBug (is better than Weather Channel)

Am I the only one that hates how when you go into 'apps' it shows you games? What's the point of having a separate category for games if I can't browse apps without having to wade through the games that dominate the marketplace? This makes apps too hard to find... games are both in Top and Featured all the time
