Often the file wasn't removed from the watch, although it wasn't listed in the installed packages anymore. Very weird... The only way to remove the package when it happened was using:

adb shell pm uninstall name.of.the.package

Maybe it was related to the adb version included in the tool?

I tried just now with my pace and i have not this problem. That command is used actually to remove the apps from the tool so i don't know.
The adb version in the tool should be the latest one

I have never used it, but it happened with the other app, many people reported that they could not install the same APK after uninstalling or when trying to update the same package. Sorry, I don't have the details but I know that "adb install -r" would results in an error that could be fixed only by "adb shell pm uninstall" even tho the package wasn't listed in "adb shell pm list packages"...

As already pointed out. When uninstalled, the package is gone from the list but it is not coompletely removed. Same pacakge cannot be reinstalled.

Could u give the steps u used to unlock the bootloader.

I'm having the Stratos with 2.3.8.0 international official firmware and unlocked bootloader. In this tool, the lock bootlader option is dimmed, even when I check the status that's reporting it is unlocked. How can i relock the bootloader manually? fastboot oem lock or some other command? I might need to get the watch RMAed cause one side of the glass obnoxiously raised itself up (the dial and buttons side of the glass) so I want the watch in factory conditions.

Hi I'm not able to unlock the bootloader at all, when I went to the unlockbootloader website and filled out everything it keeps prompting me invalid name each time I try to submit the request for code. could I get some help .
