Model: Xperia Z1 Compact
Version: 5.1
Card: SanDisk Ultra 200GB
Format: exFAT
Read/Write: Approx 40/20MB/sec (Approx 90/20MB/sec in a PC)
Price: ~79USD on special
Supplier: Amazon
Using Link2SD, the ~187GB card is partitioned for my use as follows:
I have done a few tests with A1 SD Bench and it's reporting ~40/20MBytes sequential read/write.
I'm using Link2SD on a root access phone, thus the SDcard and Internal flash are around the other way.
Using a Win10 PC I benchmarked the card at 90/20MB/sec read/write
There may be a ceiling of ~40MB read/write to the SDIO interface on an Xperia Z1 Compact.
Update - Been using the card in an Xperia Z1 Compact for over two weeks now without any problems.
