There is no genuine part seller in India. Just think of sony official service centres.. They cant provide parts for particular this z1c model then how can others provide you original one? You can order it from witrig or ebay. The price of product with shipping is almost same.. If you have PAYPAL then buy it from witrig. Else buy it from ebay. I already bought a battery from ebay and getting good battery backup .

5.1.1 is not released yet.
wait to its release so we can test it. Unfortunetly, i dont think this update will repair the battery since its a hardware failure.

i will wait for 5.1.1 and test it. only after that i will buy a battery and change it myself.

Here's the video I used:

It shows right up to the actual battery removal, which is super easy. Just disconnect the ribbon cable and remove the battery. Place new battery inside and connect cable.

I was able to replace my battery having no previous experience working on phones or tablets. I'd highly recommend purchasing a new back as well, the adhesive on yours probably won't be salvageable if you just get the battery.
