Problem installing ROM

I have a locked bootloader and i am trying to install this rom, http://xdaforums.com/showthread.php?t=2641067

I get stuck on step 7 as it gets stuck on

Check your phone and click "make it ra1n"

Waiting for towelroot to exploit...

Any idea on how to fix? It says check the phone but i cant do anything as the screen is just black.

unzip the lockeddualrecovery in your computer .. and from computer chose option 3 .. not from device... than ffolow instructions from nr8
your screen should be black at numer 7 !
