[STOCK ROM][5.0] NKD Android L Odexed/DeOdexed

Important Note:
You have to flash the full NKD tar in odin before using this rom.
This won't run on the 4.4.4 bootloader, I've tried.

This stock rom is based on the TEST NKD leaked build.
Special thanks @garwynn
And the anonymous donor that contributed this release.
Also, @paco_1 & @sac23 - teamed up to come up with a proper bootable version.

Odexed Features:
- Init.d support
- Rooted/SuperSU
- Knox Removed
- Busybox
- SQLite
- Call block added
- Dialer shortcut in call logs

DeOdexed Features:
- 100% Deodexed Lollipop Rom
- Hotspot integrated and working
- Init.d support
- Rooted/SuperSU 2.42
- Knox Removed
- Busybox
- SQLite
- Call & msg blocking feature added
- Dialer shortcut in call logs
- Bootanimation support added
- Battery cover toast removed
- Call recording, active but only available from settings while in a call
- SecSettings all images converted from qmg to png's for theming
- Developer options enabled by default
- USB debugging enabled by default
- Application permissions menu item added to settings
- Animation scales defaulted to .5
- Signature verification check removed
- Added recent menu shortcut to pulldown statusbar
- Replaced stock Swype keyboard with Wicked Blue Swype with number row
- Added several apps that I like to use
Adaway (for ad removal)
Download All (manages downloads)
Disable Increasing Ringtone (by Shumoapp, I REALLY hate increasing ringtone and this app disables it)
Rom Toolbox Lite (for root browser and other awesome tools, doesn't show on first boot, restart once)
Quickboot (for boot to recovery and other options)

Downloads
Wipe and install the Full Tar first! See instructions below.

Important Note:
Initial boot takes a solid 10 minutes or more.
Flashing anything that requires optimizing apps (refreshing cache/dalvik cache) ups the (re)boot time to around 20 minutes.

Just an FYI, TWRP has been updated to 2.8.1.0, verson 2.8.0.1 caused issues for many people. Link is in OP.
