I successfully unlocked my bootloader and got TWRP working, but when I used it to install SuperSU v2.46 as per this video

and tried to reboot, the phone got stuck on the white logo screen. I can reboot into recovery, but it says there's no image. I don't have S-OFF. What do I need to do at this point?
