Released in March 2016, the Samsung Galaxy S7 Edge features a 5.5" quad HD Super AMOLED display, featuring the distinctive wrapped display edges, which can be used for shortcuts and notifications. The S7 Edge is powered by either a 2.15GHz Qualcomm Snapdragon 820 or 2.3 GHz Exynos 8890 processor, depending on region, and comes with 4GB of RAM. The device is available with either 32GB or 64GB of internal storage, with up to a further 200GB available with microSD card. The rear camera features a 12MP sensor with f/1.7 aperture, with phase detection autofocus and OIS. The front camera has a 5MP sensor with f/1.7 aperture. The Galaxy S7 Edge runs on a large 3600mAh non-removable battery, with Quick Charge 2.0 and wireless charging, and the device is IP68 certified for dust proof and water resistance up to 1.5m.
