Does this make a proxy of itself or utilizes a an already made one? But apparently they found where the proxy was host @[email protected] and had it shutdown, not sure if it was on part with nokia or if Microsoft did it. But over at wpcentral had seen a lot of people against it, so im sure someone who was against online had reported it to Microsoft or nokia. Oh and the proxy that was set up was apparently a static server someone hosted and kept up.
This tool uses Fiddler, running on your PC, and proxying the phone through that. It's not a fixed proxy (with a known IP address, etc.) like that one was.
Hey there, I am using this tool, and its great. But how can i change the market? I tried Nokia first, and then want to try HTC. But in my market are still only nokia apps
The tool as it is written is designed to change the device name you provided to "Nokia". IF you have a nokia device and you want to change to HTC, you will have to manually edit the fiddler config file.
Nope I have a Huawei. I used this tool to download some nokia apps. Works fine. But I can not change to HTC now
You have to manually edit the fiddler config file and change where it replaces your OEMID with Nokia to HTC.

I checked firewall rules and they looks ok, private profiles are allowed, public blocked.

Ok, make believe I am dumb here (I did read through the thread but, not 100% sure).... Is this as simple as Install App on PC, set proxy on phone, connect phone to PC and select marketplace then go ?
I want a few apps from other marketplaces, HTC and LG.... and it's always cool to see what everyone else has... so If I want to change from HTC to LG to Nokia, what is needed to be done ? Or how does one change from Verizon to TMOUS ?
