You having ics and you have mentioned kernels are gb.
You can match it with last post of cf on first Page, nearest is lp9.
If you want exact then you can select from other kernel like philz.

Doubt you will see any difference with cf root... just like philz it is a patched binary of the original kernel... you would have to find a source built kernel that excludes or let's you modify the boot sound.

I have a new N7000, everything is stock, but it's professional phone, so i can't do what i want

It's a challenge because:
-GB 2.3.6 (can't update)
-LC1, a non directly rootable ROM (can't change that)
-I can't lost datas, so no wipe, i need to be sure at 100% that i will not loose anything

I plan to do this to root, my goal is to unlock phone for another carrier, so feel free to tell me it's ok or not!

1. flash this with ODIN PC: Rooted_Stock_Odex_N7000XXLC1_FRANCE.rar
It's no wipe, and i think i will not have the ugly yellow triangle
Only flash "PDA" in ODIN

2. flash the cf root LC1 kernel with custom recovery CWM (or mobile ODIN), this one: CF-Root-SGN_XX_OXA_LC1-v5.3-CWM5.zip

Am i good or not? Like everything is "LC1" related, i can only flash kernels and not complete ROM right?
If not, some ideas?

It's a French phone, locked on SFR carrier.

Option 2 is good choice (flashing cf kernel with Odin PDA)
But only issue is you will get yellow triangle and raise flash counter, if you are not worried about warranty then nothing to worry.
Another thing go to first link on my signature (it is for note2, but okay for this purpose) read post #2 method 3
I am not sure but you can try, or better read thread mentioned there if anyone reported working on gb.
Just to say when there is moding /flashing is concerned, never be consider as 100 percent you won't lose data, though above mentioned procedure have no chance for it but if anything goes wrong and you may end with it. First backup important data.

You do not have 4.2.1
It's 4.1.2 and the XXLSA leak that you have installed
So you can use PhilZ kernel 3.99 for XXLSA (you'll find his thread in the Original Android Development forum - 3 post with the download links) for rooting and CWM.
