INSTRUCTION #1
-Update RADIO
-Download the ZIP
-WIPE ALL PARTITIONS if you come from a different ROM OR from Sense 3.6 Eg. Dream X
-Flash the ZIP
-This ROM WILL WIPE your phone so backup everything first
-If an abnormality on battery life occurs, charge overnight AFTER cleaning battery cache
-Download the gappzip and MUST FLASH this after finished flashing the ROM (Don't need to reboot first) download

INSTRUCTION #2
-Use the AOSP kernel that suits your phone the best
-Use set cpu
-On the developer settings, ONLY turn on DEBUGGING and FORCE 2DGPU (THIS IS HIGHLY RECOMMENDED)
-Wipe battery cache and wipe all partitions (except sdcard with recovery) before flashing -- for best performance and battery life

i got one problem here...
when i copying my file to my phone, the speed is really slow....for 509,1mb (photos) it needs around 20minutes...

but when I'm in recovery, i choose toggle usb, and i copy the same thing, photos 509,1mb, it just needs around 60-90seconds...

aww really? uhm i have got that problems in the past... and what i did was reformat the sd card and copying back the important files... hope that helps :)

It has nothing to do with the SD card, because like you said it works fine when in recovery... so it therefore must be something to do with the ROM - hence not much you can do about it.

I have found this happens on most ROMs, solution is if you're copying large files just boot into recovery :)
