Thing is you can't compare sense to cm9 since they are very different systems.

Very true, I just restored to open sensation, but I keep reading people claim to have sense like scrolling, but they never reveal what they did or changed. My guess is that they don't and sense scrolling is just like the sense camera...requires sense framework and no way around it.
Btw, I tried aokp eye candy and it's scrolling is the same as open sensation despite the claims that it had sense scrolling.
Oh well.

i appreciate it too I don't have Google Playstore. Do i still need to flash gapps even though i already have the other gapps?
on any AOSP ROM playstore can only be obtained by flashing the gapps zip
