im a noob here and was wondering where do you put the installed cab files on the phone?

You can use bluetooth to transfer them to your phone. Or you can put them on your SD card.

Also a lot of these links are dead since they were posted many years back. You may have to take these file names to google and see if they have any matches.

There are other roms which IMO are better than stock, in terms of speed and memory (like based on htc, and also newer os version), which you have to try out, or you can still stick to stock winmo 6.1
