Have you tried to clear the app data? And maybe use a kernel cleaner script before installing this kernel.

Maby entropy generator is built in this kernel? Up I use clean kernel script before install, and clean cache, dalvik and Seeder data.
"Seeder was unable to start the RNG service. This usually happens if your deviceis not rooted, or if Seeder has been denied root privileges. Check your superuser and/or su binary installation, or try restarting your device."
Seeder has full root acces. Strange.

Do you have updated the superuser binary? That's the only thing i can think about.

Reinstalation SuperSU and binaries dont help. Nevermaind I can work without Seeder for now

I found similar to Seeder app in play store: sEFix. It works good as seeder soo dont worry about me
