I have a oneplus 3t, and I'm using a Mac.
I wanted to fix a low in-call volume issue with my oneplus 3t. Found this link https://forum.xda-developers.com/oneplus-3t/help/low-call-volume-t3575675 with a file to flash through TWRP.
I had first to unlock bootloader, install TWRP, flash supersu. I followed the steps on this "how to" page here: https://oneplus.gadgethacks.com/how-to/root-your-oneplus-3-3t-install-twrp-recovery-0176588/
My first attempt at installing TWRP did not work and I would get sent to the stock recovery. So i restarted the process by locking bootloader, and unlocking it again and installing the latest TWRP version for oneplus 3t from the twrp website (https://dl.twrp.me/oneplus3t/ - I picked the top one) rather than the one linked to on the "how to" page above. This worked and I was able to access TWRP.
I then sideloaded supersu (using the link on the "how to") and rebooted the device. It did not reboot, getting stuck on the initial loading page before shutting off. I retried sideloading supersu after a couple failed reboots and got the same issue.
So I went back to google, and (I can't find the page right now) found somebody on this website saying they'd solved the issue by re-flashing the stock rom and supersu. I did this and I still get stuck on the loading page.
This man would appreciate some help. Thank you.
