Make sure you have a custom recovery installed(TWRP is the preferred recovery)

Boot into recovery
Perform a FULL factory wipe and wipe/system and dalvik cache as a precaution
Flash ResurrectionRemix Rom
Flash Google Apps package(Optional)
Flash Magisk Root(Optional)
First boot may take up to 10 minutes.

If you have a major bug to report that has not been reported already, please take the following steps to report it to us. It will save you, Team Resurrection Remix and me quite some time.

Download the MatLog app from the Play Store.
After downloading the MatLog app, go to the app settings, and change the log level to Debug.
Clear all previous logs and take the exact steps to produce the error you are receiving. As soon as you receive the error (probably a force close), go straight into MatLog and stop the log recording.
Copy and paste the entire log either to Hastebin or Pastebin
Save the log, and copy and paste the link into the thread with a brief description of the error.

The build you are installing is not for samsung j6+. Look at the codename in the zip file. It is for device with codename "Raphael". This device's codename is j6primelte. Download the correct build and try.

No, that is a checksum file. It is used to validate the identity of the file you downloaded. Google how to check using the md5 file. You will get ton of tutorials. It is not mandatory to do this, but are advised.

Even I didn't try this build yet. But post the device details and steps you performed on the device. Maybe that will help to understand your problem

It worked now. I was installing gapps Aroma and that caused the boot loop, i don't know how but I think replacing the stock apps will cause the boot loop. I use Aroma pack because all other packs tell that there's insufficient space. Finally I was able to install the Micro Pack of Gapps. The rom has no flaws. Simply is the best rom for J6+.

I had less sound on custom roms. So I had to paste a file on vendor/etc. I have attached the file below if you want that.

If your sound is low on custom roms, you should paste this file on vendor/etc/ . Through custom recovery (twrp or any other). don't forget to mount vendor partition before doing it.

I downloaded the official Samsung stock rom J610GUBS7CVJ9 for J6+ and extract the file Mixer_paths.xml from the AP file > Vendor/etc ..... and it has 2538 lines.

I felt the J6+'s stock rom sound as a bit bad, even in headphones. That's why I didn't use stock's mixer file. I wonder how it was for the others.

But the bass was too much for my phone's speakers to handle. So I had to correct with the audio fx app. It was pretty handy.
