Hey guys.

I updated the rom to V2 with the new Advance Stock Kernel with Recovery v07 made by DoomLoRD.
Its for C6603 models with unlocked bootloader.
Before you install the .zip file i recommend to wipe your phone.

Here is the link: https://docs.google.com/file/d/0BwG6whTUXyqHRU01QmdtZ0tSb00/edit?usp=sharing

The only thing you have to do is to flash the .ZIP file in recovery (CWM or TWRP)
When the phone is ready you a have 10.3.A.0.423 Generic NL (Dutch) rom that is:

- Rooted with recovery menu (Advance Stock Kernel with Recovery v07)
- Deodexed
- Zipaligned

Credits:

DooMLoRD for his updater script and Advance Stock Kernel with Recovery v07

Hope you like V2 of this rom. :p

You have to use the ripped ftf to or else your phone wont boot.

- Download and install flashtool 0.9.11.0
- put the .ftf in firmware folder
- Turn of phone
- Load stripped .ftf in flashtool
- When its loaded flashtool gives a
Popup that you have to connect your
Phone in flashmode. (power button + volume button down)
- Then your ready to go

What region is this ROM for/from? ROMs sometimes contain extra/different applications based on its region.
And I assume this is unbranded, correct?

Edit: also, any idea if this would work on C6602 or not?

Just go into the ROM and look in /system/etc/product/applications to see what apps it has... also /system/etc/customization/applications. Personally I get rid of all those unnecessary apps anyway, saves me the trouble uninstalling them besides you can get them from the play store anyway.

Yes this ROM will work on the C6602... that's what I have and it runs fine.

Steps:
-Make sure you have the latest recovery:
Here: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showpost.php?p=40977606&postcount=1
OR
Here: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2167381
-Backup all your apps (titanium backup)
-Backup your Sdcard0 just in case
-Nandroid(make a backup of your currnt ROM)
-I like to do a full wipe
-Flash this ROM
-Turn off phone then straight into flashmode and use the latest flashtool here: http://androxyde.github.io/ and flash the stripped down ftf file for C6603 from here: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showpost.php?p=42917602&postcount=1 (15mb)

Thank you, I appreciate the feedback.
One more question, any idea if this ROM includes the Arabic language or not?

I can confirm that it's working fine on C6602.
And to answer my own question; no, it doesn't include the Arabic language.

Edit: there's one problem with v2; for some reason, it seems I've have lost access to the recovery and I'm not sure why. In any case, I used XZDualRecovery to get it back.

Maybe because You used the stripped .ftf?
Thats a stock kernel....
You dont need that anymore.

My NFC icon wasn't showing so I edited build.prop

    just change this line

    ro.nfc.on.default
    true

I think you can add the line if it isn't there, hope it helps but as usual backup build.prop first.

Is there any way to install dual recovery with this rom, I have tried a few ways but can't seem to overwrite CWM.
