BTW if i go to the market and type 1 character in the search field I get the mysterious 1 percent battery on right side of the search field. It's kinda dim but you can see it. It's the only place I seen it happen.

Anyone use the standard market from ROM to see if it happens? i.e non-themed?

Actually if you type slowly, you can see the spinner show up in there as well. So it's doing something interferring with the status bar and such, pulling some bad png's...

Hey Jon and Gunther, theres an issue with the mail app you guys have included. It constantly FC's on me. I thought at first it was from the ROM, but it worked before I flashed the theme in. Its been like this for a bit.
