SERIOUSLY ,
A full functional Gcam for Exynos devices "With out root or unlocking bootloader & also without config files" ( Tested on Exynos 9609 /// Motorola Moto One Action )
Requires Camera2API ( FULL enabled )
Lens blur ( Takes processing time wait for a while after taking shot ) : Works
night sight : Works
camera & 8x zoom : Works
portrait : works
slow motion @120FPS : works
video ( UHD 4K ) : works
selfie cam : works

I have used without
1.Root
2.Unlocking bootloader
3.Configurations
------------SETTINGS REQUIRED

After you apply all these settings you will find shot captured in Portrait mode is better and has less noise than normal camera

Night sight works it's true ,but shot from portrait tend to be less noiser and has well defined edges, although shot from portrait has no blur effect but the quality is better than the normal one
OK , I believe you . But for me with those settings applied , portrait and night modes they're not working at all . Maybe you should save "config.xml" file and upload here . That's the easiest way . With all my respect I'm not in the mood to spend time for testing lot of settings of any Gcam apk working .

Night photo are too overexposed. Do you know why?
✳According to the language = The word "Night Sight" depicts that the photo is to be taken at night ? , in plenty of lightning ( in dawn and dusk ) you can use your stock camera and in further darkness where stock camera fails you can use GCam .
✳According to Ported GCam = The photos are too overexposed because of ISO , the night sight has to apply a larger ISO to make the photo bright and things visible at night
✓hope the answer resolves your question
