Project Sakura is a custom ROM based on Lineage OS, It tries to remain true to it while also providing some more functionality and UI changes. Its sole purpose is to provide a platform which is powered by Lineage and is more customisable than Lineage.

1. Thick the CUSTOM LOCATION check box
2. Enter your location,let it load
3. Go back to your previous screen
4. Open WEATHER SERVICE again and UnThick the check box and select OpenWeatherMaps.

You should good to go..

Thank you for the answer but I mean, the system location, as in the one used by Maps, Waze, etc ...

I can't seem to get it to work even though Maps says it has access to location all the time and I do see the icon on the status bar

its Gapps thing..
1. Clean flash Rom again
2. flash MindTheGapps-11.0.0-arm64
Reboot.. i'm on SAKURA too and its work for me ,good luck

open Apps & Notification, click on SEE ALL APPS, search for GOOGLE PLAY SERVICES, click on it and allowed all PERMISSIONS.
