I think I remember reading something about twrp not being able to format cache well. Maybe something to do with that

I have a boot loop every time I dirty flash the only way I can get it boot properly is with a full wipe I am running it with the debloated rom from gatsrom

Got it. Did a full wipe as you said golf and running fine now. Noticeably better performance, camera works as well. Very well done bonuzzzz, very appreciative. Any suggestions on settings or a source for me to learn how to customize them?

I know you have released your source changes, but releasing them as a git would have been appreciated. I apologise if I've overlooked the link to a working git in your thread.

7. If you intend to publically release, please follow GPL and XDA rules any publish your source and commits. github is an excellent tool. I'm still learning the ropes. ... Those "dev" who zip or tar their source changes are lame. That isn't in the spirit of sharing or building user trust. Transparency is good. They pulled their patches from those who openly share, so why not the same? (rant over)

I agree with you. I need some time to import all work to github. It was just an experiment, so I didnt think about git or future work.
I asked samsung about kernel sources of new firmware. if they publish, i'll start import to git with new sources. if not, so i vave to use old

PM sent with brief explanation. Git is a PITA, but having even a limited git will also help keep track of changes or for future reference.

I highly doubt it's possible since CM11 is AOSP and this kernel is for a Touchwiz ROM. BTW.. I didn't think the 12.2 was supported on CM11 yet. I know the 10.1 recently became supported...

I'm using V1 of VT kernel without any major problem, is this a bug introduced on v1.1?

BTW thank you bonuzzz for the VT kernel, for anyone interested I may write a simple how to output linux on the framebuffer (if there is enough interest for it).
