After five minute, you can see there will be a file named N960F_Vendor_RH5_extract_and_odin_flash.zip in download area
Download it - Extract it, you will get file ending with tar.md5 - Flash it using Odin with AP tab
Device should booted fine

Indeed it won't touch your CSC, N9 have separate partition for your CSC and ROM will keep as it is

I mean in TWRP still mounting error? May be you have last flashed ROM without magisk then it won't boot
Try reflashing ROM from TWRP but Don't select Vendor, and must select magisk

I have removed it to prevent more such vendor issue. It will be up again in 10 minute and it won't flash vendor even someone select it, This was easy fix for me without full uploading ROM

Thanks so its a big Update for me from s7e to n9 and many things changed

This is for the international exynos variant of Note9. The USA has the Snapdragon version. You cannot flash this rom if you have anything other than N960F

Thanks, actually I went with the international version because of unlocked bootloader, so mine is Exynos also. I am looking to get the WiFi calling and VoLTE to work on the US Tmobile network when using N960F D/S model.
