I flashed this rom and it's very interesting to say the least. The main reason I flashed it is because I heard that it will make my battery way better than what it is now. I have the exynos note 9 and it is noticabley worse than the snapdragon in terms of battery. There is one bug that's annoying me very much and it's sometimes when I slide down the notifications page the phone will just lock for some reason. I don't know why. Also the animations are abit choppy, I have them on 0.5 and multitasking is worse than before. Hopefully all this will be fixed soon but the battery however is better. Hopefully an update will come very soon which will make this phone more pleasant to use.
Can some more users confirm stock rooted with TWRP does Gear work without issue?

Hi, yes, i did factory reset. Happened 3 times, got stuck at the beginning of rom set up with "settings fc".

In the aroma installation, there are only two choices, root with magisk or do not change. After installing the O2 version, the problem persists with my gear s3. We can not uninstall the application magisck everything is implément, it reinstalls automatically after restarting the phone. I see only sollution, complete wipe, root with superuser and flash rom custom asking not to change the root.
You mean it works with preroot kernel method but not with twrp?
I see your a n00b, so ill let you know that asking for updates is considered to be very rude, its not something we do here on XDA well at least not the people with class and respect.

We learn from our mistakes. Please understand I am not preaching at you - but sharing what was told to me when I first came to these pages a while back - First and foremost Developers do this work on their own time. Most have jobs, families and lives of some kind. It comes off as rude when people expect or demand updates or keep asking for ETAs it's like they are assuming the developer owes them something - when in reality the developers are not really being paid to do this - this is not their job and we are not their boss - Doing a custom rom of any kind is a huge effort so best just to be grateful that we have a rom to flash in the first place and then be patient as the developer will be getting around to any necessary updates when they have time to do so.
Some developers bring updates foster than others - some have so many other roms with a variety of different phones they work on that it can take time to get around to them all - so patience is important.
Be kind, be respectful , show gratitude and good things will happen and we will have a better likelihood that the developer will stick around for a while.
You may not know this - but many developers have left XDA and started private forums to get away from those people who demand and don't show the respect they should. I am not saying you did any of this - just sharing so you and anyone else new here can learn.

Haha yea figured I give the Note 9 a shot.
I originally had the Canadian N960W i grabbed new for 1100. Sold it for 1200 and grabbed the Exynos N960F/DS for same price 1200 sealed Ocean Blue. Had to drive to Thornhill tho to grab it lol
I almost wanted to pass on the Note 9 to be honest.

#Dr. Ketan, I think you forgot to insert the file boot.img in the installation of the rom without magisk. I pass the detail but I have a bootloop that resembles that in the flash of the rom without magick that there is no when you install it with magisk.
I do not know too much Samsung but is it possible to flash the file "boot.img" with the command prompt fastboot? if so, I noticed that this file is not called boo.img but flash.img. Is that it?
