can we expect official lineageos or pixel experience? at this point these roms just nailed it in terms of perfection
Unofficial and official are the same things at the end of the day. The only diff is the pain in the a** for who own the maintainership.can we expect official lineageos or pixel experience? at this point these roms just nailed it in terms of perfection
From our perspective, I thought an "official" ROM may have OTA updates. But, you're right: what's the point having a not maintained "official" release? 'cause at some point, I believe all "officials" would reach a dead end... The life is in that wayUnofficial and official are the same things at the end of the day. Just consider that only managing to achieve official recognizion it's not different to give birth. So it's totally not worth it in the end. Moreover, even having OTAs, in some specific cases (like last update) a full clean flash is required so no ota in any case. From our perspective, I thought an "official" ROM may have OTA updates. Curious. Operator? SIM working on other roms?I had 1 problem with SIM Card. The OS can not recognize my SIM Card.
let’s say because of security reasons. we are literally installing and using a software which a random stranger from the internet have built.Unofficial and official are the same things at the end of the day. The only diff is the pain in the a** for who own the maintainership.
With official, you're using a software that many random strangers on the internet have built lol.let’s say because of security reasons. we are literally installing and using a software which a random stranger from the internet have built.

...and with stock ROMs we allow some others many more bad strangers watching us and sell our data. With official, you're using a software that many random strangers on the internet have built lol.
Moreover, take note of this funny thing: i don't have neither the time, neither the will to make this "official", imagine having the time to write or modify full softwares for weird reasons lol. No thanks. With official, you're using a software that many random strangers on the internet have built lol.
no idea, you can test
I don't want to root entire Android only for one Magisk module ):You can install Xperia Camera App (Magisk module) and try.

You can dirty flash the last update, clean it's not needed. So, wipe cache/dalvik cache, flash rom, reboot.Do I need a clean install to update or can I just update without cleaning the data?
so this latest update 22/5/2022 can be updated without clean flash? can dirty update? You can dirty flash the last update, clean it's not needed. So, wipe cache/dalvik cache, flash rom, reboot.
So, litte recap, seems like 60 is broken (on any a12 rom) due to sony dumb cam stack incompatibility. So, right now, only 30, unless some devs manage to find a solution for this.
indeed, it started doing that 2-3 weeks or so after installing the rom, temps seem normal during charging, so its pretty weird, im gonna try see how it behaves with the rom and if it keeps doing the same i guess im gonna try different usb cable/chargerWeird. Keep in mind when you reach something like 42/3 degrees celsius on battery, it will basically quite stop charging (charging really slow), to avoid...killing you and itself.
Yes, you can flash it.So I'm completely new to this rom flashing stuff. My phone shows bootloader unlock allowed yes. So can i flash this rom?
Also is it possible to go back to stock rom if i need to?
Another question does this rom come with the stock camera app?
WIch video feature? No btw.The stock rom has a video enhansment feature. Is there a magisk module for that too?
Just flash stock rom with newflasher. Also how to go back to stock if I ever need to ? Do I have to unroot and relock bootloader to go back to stock ?
