Its just that you said it was for wicked, which is a tmobile rom, i would expect that you could flash the rom package "as-is".
The purpose of this thread is because AT&T devices cannot use aroma, and have to modify the rom.zip quite a bit to make it work for us.

The reason why I want to do this instead of Aroma is that I don't trip the Knox counter using Safestrap.

I see... fir vrtheme. Your would ahve to manually take from the vrtheme folder and insert to the app of said vrtheme folder before putting app into rom.zip . Typically it is just images. Sometimes more

Not at the moment no due to lack of safe strap support for 4.4.2
