I forgot to ask if I flash a kit kat rom, I have to go through the whole Jb to Kit process right? or....?
no download a custom KK and put on your sdcard, then install from recovery
then when your in the kitkat rom you install the 3.72 KK safestrap

it might even be newer

you need to install with odin the togetbooting files I posted
to get kitkat to boot ( I forgot to tell you that part)

his thread you might need to install ATT S5 Port Update 1 and then his update also

but you need the kitkat firmware from togetbooting folder to get kitkat running for any kitkat the first time, after you get kitkat running then you can install other kitkat custom roms without having to install and odin files
unless you go back to JB

Good to know, can't help with that rom, never tried it. You want a jb or KK rom?

Honestly, I don't prefer one over the other, I just wanted certain features from the S5. When I tried just installing some of the S5 apks I wanted, it just FC because I think I'm suppose to be on kitkat. I think if I might just stick with a JB rom after I fix this (again) too many issues that I have no knowledge of and have to search every forum to fix lol

Check out Dynamic Kat 3.2 it's a KK rom with option of s5 theme and apps, or without s5 using Google play edition theme instead
