I try to flash the Rom, but it is stuck at system_ext for a few minutes right now - is this normal? If yes, how long does it take to do this step?

EDIT: Started again and it worked now.

Does anyone have tried to install this ROM using a Mac? I don't have a PC anymore, so if anyone have specific instructions for Mac, that would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

Some Bugs I found:
  • Double Tap to wake not working.
  • Ambient Display not using sensor to go off in pocket or layin with screen down.
  • Some apps are laggy.
  • Now Playing not working.

Double Tap is working when you deactivate Ambient Display showing all the time.
Thats it. For a Beta and early version it is really good!

When trying to dirty flash, I get the following message:
"Package is for product instantnoodlep but expected OnePlus8Pro"
1. open rom zip (dont extract it)
2. go to META-INF\com\android
3. double click metadata open with notepad
4. rename pre-device= instantnoodlep to pre-device=OnePlus8Pro
5. ctrl+s will save it then you can close notepad
6. now do the adb sideload as usual

again do not extract zip

Thanks! Also thanks for this ROM. No bugs to report and pretty stable and fast.

P.S. SafetyNet working great.

Hi, rom is working great! I really love all the animations and visuals from the pixel software. Some things I found:
-fod doesn't work when night light is enabled
-fod doesn't work on the aod
-"explosives" in the settings doesn't seem to have anything in it.
-no options to change the resolution or refreshrate (90% of time I use QHD + 120Hz but for batterylife I'll switch sometimes)
- sometimes the screen won't lock instantly when pressing the power button. When pressed a second time it seems like it's registering 2x and I'll see the normal lockscreen instead of the aod.

If you need logcat can you tell me how to make it?

On point "5. Enter recovery - Factory reset (Clean flash)", los and havoc recovery only has option to erase everything from the phone, no system, nothing.
    Something I am missing?
    1. Delete recovery.img from the folder you get from extracting payload.bin

    2. then rename havoc recovery to recovery.img

    3. copy that renamed recovery and put it in the payload extracted folder

    Then flash the rom again
