yes this is all steps i did

flashed N986BXXS4FVD6 stock firmware - reboot to system - flashed offical twrp + vbmeta - reboot to twrp - flashed super.img in super partition - format data - flashed s07 - after flashing i must to wipe data + intenral storage to boot if not the phone reboot directly to twrp

ps i cant flash twrp including in the rom file it fails in odin

Extract twrp file included in rom zip (you can use 7zip to extract) and get recovery.img from it - copy recovery.img to device
Reboot to TWRP and flash extracted recovery.img for recovery partition
Reboot to TWRP and flash super.img

i did it but still no rom tool, i think something in the new firmware ...i tried to flash a A12 with march or april security patch but odin fails... only N986BXXS4FVD6 i can flash.

i saw that the internal storage in twrp shows alot of files with strange names but when i boot to system i have normal files.. may that help and thank you Dr.

That could be encryption issue, and that requires Format data (that requires to type yes to confirm)
Also check md5 of super.img
Also check settings - about phone - software info - build number and let me know what it showing

i did the format data with yes confirmation but the strange files comeback again after i go to system and i reboot to twrp and i flashed the multidisabler before...
build number is the s07 build number N986BXXS4FVD6-DR.KETAN-S07-XDA

i will redownload the whole rom again and ill try

That suggest super.img is flashed. In that case no reason rom tool not available. Only possibility you have disable /uninstalled or corrupt super img

Can any help me with key combination to reboot recovery on S07... I tried lot but can't boot to recovery... but can do via tiles option

I have a note20u and honestly, see no point in buying an S22 ultra

I dont use custom kernl gnrally unlss it is must so no much ida about it. By the way on my N20 I do get 7hr+ SOT with stock kernel.

Any recommended settings to reach high SOT?
