It's a pre-rootet flashable zip file made with PRF Creator.
Source is my self-made clean stock Generic DE FTF file (captured with PC Companion method)

I take no responsibility if your phone is damaged or bricked by following these instructions. Always backup your phone before altering its software in any way.

Pre-rooted with SuperSU 2.46
[NUT]'s DualRecovery 2.8.10
Kernel, FOTAKernel, Baseband included (no need to flash FTF)

How to:

- Backup your data
(the next 2 steps are only recommended if 
you have no recovery/root or getting bootloops
or anything like that. skip them if you already 
have a working custom recovery)
- flash 14.4.A.0.108 ftf with flashtool  [recommended]
- install [URL="http://nut.xperia-files.com/"][NUT]'s DualRecovery[/URL] with installer [recommended]
- Download zip, place on External SDcard
- Boot to recovery
- wipe system, data, cache, davik (all) (opt. internal memory)
- flash this zip
- reboot and wait 3-5mins, no need to flash FTF
- enjoy new update and rooted

where can i get the old 14.4.A.0.108 ftf? It's not available in xpirirfirm.
Is there a guide how to install NUTs dual Recovery?

Is there a way to flash a sony stock based 5.0 Rom (like this) in cwm?? I have cwm and i'm on slimkat 4.4 at the moment...thanks! (bootloader unlocked, root aviable)

I got it.
root is available, what is reallly nice
60fps Video is available

Now i have a annoying sound when the phone boots, further booting time is very long.
No closing all button.

I hope i'll get Xposed working so i can fix these issues and turn off the LED signals

Edit: the boot sound can be disabled

http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?p=60078591 This version had kill all button,flashed it without root. Nordic version through PC companion don't have. Weird differences between versions. Don't know if I have the energy trying to root the damn thing again today,yesterday rooted three times trying different versions of rooted Lollipops and failed every time :D

Is it possible to make pre-rooted FTF file so we don't have to downgrade to KK and upgrade again to LP??

Is there's a way to root LP already?

You can't make an FTF file due to Sony's encryption. Best way for pre-rooted xperia firmware is thru Flashable PRF.
Soon enough there will be a 1 click easy root tool for lollipop for xperia phones so stick with stock unrooted for the meantime
(seriously it's been just a few days since the fw was released)

There are ways but only with unlocking the bootloader (no one click or whatsoever) so in the end the one above seems to be the easiest way... and it´s not that much time consuming to downgrade to .108 and upgrade afterwards...

this could be a annoying question, but is this working WITHOUT unlocking my bootloader ? I don't want my data partition wiped

Thank you for your reply, I don't think I can wait until a root method comes out, there are many features in KK that I miss, and a couple of annoying ones in LP ;) I guess I'll just go with the downgrading method...

    This seems to be question of File-Permissions. Don't know why, but "leds-anami" seems to have no permission to access this file.
    And if the Error is saying read it means write. Maybe it would be to easy/obvious to just say can't write :silly:


    So error disapears if I adjust Permission:

    It seems like process only needs to acces file once, because after that you can change permission back to normal:

    EDIT:
    Because this has to be done every boot, I created a little Script which will do this atomatically at Boot-Time.
    You need to have init.d Support enabled in XZDR.prop:

    You do not need root. Simply flash .108, root and flash back 157. It is really very easy and takes only several minutes.
