MY WORKAROUND to solve it:
reboot to recovery>>>>>>
go to advance>>>>>>>>>
click the reboot to recovery>>>>>
after rebooting to recovery(again) click reboot sytem now...

its easier than creating a back up and restoring it...:beer:
Should try this from "noteandfound" XDA member

Why don't you try reinstalling the ROM with a full wipe ...cuz I have had no problems like this ,I just one FC with Facebook and that was beafause of the stupid application ...other than that no problems ..try a full wipe .
Edit : try deleting the Google accounts ,then wipe cache and reboot the system ,after that input your Google account and check ...this might also work ,if not then full wipe is needed I guess ..
Cheers

When God gives you a phone ,you install AOSP on it !

Odp: [14-DEC-12][ROM] SVA ROM JB v5.1 Superb UBLS4 23 Toggles, Blue theme

I'm getting out of disk space errors on attempting to upgrade large apps like facebook or such. This makes no sense to me, as I have lots of free space on every flash partition.

Had similar problem on a freshly flashed ROM (but this is not a ROM related issue).
I followed these steps to solve the problem (in order of discovery):

  1. Cleaned cache and data for "GooglePlay".apk (in settings menu -> Apps -> All apps -> select apps related to market, stop them and press delete data + clean cache).
  2. The same has been advised to apply to google framework apk.
  3. Delete Google account and reinitialize everything.
  4. But none of the above helped me. What did help was to delete LOST.DIR (in recovery mode if otherwise not working). This folder on /data partition was full of some crap and this was taken into account by android when calculating "free" space on data partition (I guess so).
Hope this helps.

Strangely enough, #4 did help. Although I did not have a /data/LOST.DIR, instead it was /data/lost+found and it was filled with about half a gig of crap (empty subdirectories). Still I find this weird because even accounting for that, I had over 200 MB free space on /data, which should be more than enough (my old HTC Desire had less on all of /data).

Android start giving alarms when /data storage is lower than 10%... for the Note is ~200MB. For my old Moto Milestone was 20MB.
Other place to delete stuff is /data/logs. After 3 months I had almost 500MB there with SVA.
