But if i just flsah one from they ZIP , i will got
another kernel without Flastool ?

Nope. The flash ZIP is just a patch to 2.2 Roms works with custom kernels.

To install a new kernel, you have to unlock bootloader and install through FlashTool, and then flash a ROM and the patch.

No. That would virtually be impossible. When you flash a Rom , you only get the Rom.you get a kernel only by flashtool. Hope it helped
