What I have changed and added​

1) added llvm compiler -> Read here
2) added ubertc-toolchain 4.9 -> soon i will update it to newest
3) build with newest oos camera blobbs
5) add lots of performance, battery and system.prop tweaks
6) FULL OMS Subtratum support -> now its officially supported by the RR Team
7) always up-to-date to Lineage-Sources -> all oos stuff added
8) following Apps are preinstalled:
- always newest OOS Camera RAW by @siankatabg
- Adaway (Adblocker)
- newest Substratum app - Added to dashboard !!! BE Sure that you always have the latest Version installed !!!
- add Magisk to Dashboard
- add microG support
- Added Gboard and fully working Gcam with 60fps
- scrollable and small tiles
- larger date on lockscreen
- spectrum and ex manager in dashboard if isntalled
- block touch on ambient
- add VOX Populi by @joshuous
- added WakeBlock: Blocking the drain before it’s too late (Core v2.0) - big thanks to @GioBozza

Boosting with Vox Populi
This is the game-changer. At the heart of a fully functional EAS rom is a Power HAL that complements it. The Power HAL is responsible for delivering a smooth experience by providing touch/fling boost support. Previously the touchboost values were fixed and could not be changed. With Vox Populi Power HAL, you now have the freedom to dictate your own boost parameters.

Configuring Vox Populi boost settings
There are several tunables in /dev/voxpopuli:
* enable_interaction_boost: toggle touch/fling boost
* fling_min_boost_duration: minimum duration to boost for flings
* fling_max_boost_duration: maximum duration to boost for flings
* fling_boost_topapp: schedtune.boost for top-app during flings (will revert to default after flings)
* fling_min_freq_big: minimum frequency for Big cluster during flings
* fling_min_freq_little: minimum frequency for Little cluster during flings
* touch_boost_duration: boost duration for simple touch and taps
* touch_boost_topapp: schedtune.boost for top-app during touches/taps
* touch_min_freq_big: minimum frequency for Big cluster during touches/taps
* touch_min_freq_little: minimum frequency for Little cluster during touches/taps

ok, the problem was with firmware, installed the 4.0.2 version problem solved. thanks to @silentvisitor
