My upper speaker is about 50% quieter, as the lower. Is this normal?

Just the same for me. I'm using stock sense 5 though. is this happening on all your audio?

Yes all audios.
Music, Games, Sound Test App.

But it sound the same, no crackeling, no distortion, just half loud.

That's weird, you should ask that on TrickDroid forum man. might be a bug with the ROM

How do you do screen mirroring

You can do screen mirroring if your TV supports direct wifi or miracast. you can also use HTC media link. Or another cheaper option is to use MHL adapter, like the one in the video.
