1600MHz Missing

My device is N7000: Kingdroid 4.4.0 LQ3: Kernel Speedmod#3-7: baseband XXLR1: In 'set cpu' app, I can not find 1600MHZ, only upto 1400MHZ is there. What happened to 1600MHz? Can you pls enlighten? Thanks.

Because SpeedMod is not over clocked kernel.

Speed mod is very stable kernel it not let u do over locking or underclocking
