Apologies if this has been mentioned, but does "no longer supported' mean the ROM links are not valid? I would like to go back and try P, as Q has way too many things that just dont work for me. Would like to get P06 - 04.11.2019., but keep going in circles and can only get Q. If anyone would care to post a direct link, would be much appreciated.

Don't update Magisk itself! Best to just leave it until the Doctor's next release where he will update it.

ChangeLog R01

As promised earlier to relase "R01" as soon as stable release out, Here is first version of Dr.Ketan ROM based on android R stable build.

Though made it quickly but I believe it should be stable enough for daily drive and hopefully there shouldn't be major bug.
I have planned to make it public release staightway to get mass testing. Currently ROM being uploaded and soon updating this post regarding more info and changelog for R01

Before moving to R01, kindly note that -

• As you know It may take time to get TWRP & custom Kernel because of lacking od source by samsung. It may depends on samsung when we get it, though you can request to push samsung for same.
• Still you can use TWRP to flash R01 but keep using TWRP, you won't have root. So by default flashing R01 you will have stock recovery and so root access
• I will provide both recvery so you can swap anytime you wish.
• ROM is patched for reboot to system with root with standard reboot and no need to use combo key to have rooed system
• As soon as we get TWRP/custom Kernel (either of one is enough to fix) based on A11, this issue will be ended and no need to flash ROM again. So hassle is just for matter of little time.
• ROM not tested but patched for using on N976B too (as usual aroma selection for N976 kernel + Essential fix from ROM Tool is needed)
• When you first time boot device, you won't have root access (Magisk manager should be there) - Simple reboot is enough (Only first time) to have root access. Subsequently it always reboot to system with root when you simple reboot device.
• Most of features I have tried to bring bt A11 have itself broken some features and some may be because of lacking of time and will be added to future release.
• You must have to flash BootLoader & Modem for Android R if you are on Android Q BL & Modem. Also to note that, Once you flash Android R Bootloader, you can't reboot to TWRP with combo key alone, but you have to connect device to PC (or USB storage).
• TweaksPro existing version won't work (Don't try). New version will be available in approximately 48hrs.

ROM features :

- NO more Combo key requires, simple reboot will always reboot with root and any tool showing Reboot to Root will reboot to TWRP without holding any key.
- Ad Free QS Panel Toggle
- Secure Folder working now.
- Recovery QS Panel Toggle (Reboots device to TWRP) PS : This needs custom kernel with built in magisk
- More secure OEM patch.
- S Pay with Gear wearable (Only supported models) - Provided you have installed required packages and hidden 'pay' stuff with magisk hide.
- High Volume warning disabled
- Debloated unnecessary craps (tried to preserve most functions though)
- Dex to PC should work out of box
- Pre fixed Titanium freezing while restoring apps
- Added some important samsung stuff

Recommended Installation Steps

We Don't recommends/supports dirty flash, but one thing to note, you always should remove lockscreen & Biometric data before flashing ROM in case you gonna flash dirty.

ROM tested with Ian TWRP ( Download area have it) Credit & Thanks @ ianmacd Here is link for OP and source code.

MultiDisabler is require only those, who want to use stock ROM + TWRP. If you want to flash DrKetan ROM, DONT FLASH MULTIDISABLER

Once you manage to fix it, follow below given tips and go through Add On & Bug bix section below

Important Notes once you finish installing ROM

DON'T INSTALL ANY DISABLER/BT FIX/MAGISK anything after flashing ROM, as ROM already pre patched for all these stuff. Additionally flashing may cause issue. Also you shouldn't WIPE device after flashing ROM, but It should be before flashing ROM.

- It may take 6-7 minutes to finish installation. once installation finish, select reboot to system

- After this first of all open magisk and check if installed correctly, If it ask for complete additional setup, let it do and reboot.(If ROM being installed as said, then it won't ask)

I recommend to disable magisk notification (Magisk - setting - superuser notification - none (This will make mods to work much faster)

After looking magisk is installed properly, open ROM Tool and apply essential Fix - Reboot device after applying essential fix

If you are using Gear watch or other accessory, setup it and finish rest of personal installation.

Done !

Special Note for Gear wearable & Gear SPay

Spay (Gear) working out of box (As per my test), provided you have installed required apps.
To connect it flawlessly,
1.Clean Install ROM + Open ROM Tool and Apply Essential Fix - Reboot
2.Make sure Magisk manager safetyNet check pass
3.Connect gear with Bluetooth (Gear should factory reset) and this will auto install all required apps.
Once Gear connects, simply open Samsung Pay from Galaxy Wearable app - Hide it in Magisk Hide and you should able to add card.

Important : If you want to use EdXposed with Gear Spay then first add your card before installing EdXposed


I recommend clean Installation only. If you are able to handle consequences with dirty flash then proceed, but don't post bugs in forum without clean installing ROM.

- Stuck while flashing something (Bootloop), How can I reboot to download
There is a golden rule that always works when you stuck anywhere (bootloop). Follow this -
1.Plugin device to PC
2.Keep holding power + vol down
3.As soon as screen goes blank, keep holding vol up + vol down (here you needs to be quick)
And you are in download mode.

- EdXposed You can directly install from Magisk download repositories

- Read ROM Tool - Update & Fix if any new available.

I have read the instructions multiple times, but I still have a question. I am guessing that we are required to flash the R BootLoader, it will not be possible to restore Q later if desired?

Typically, in the past for Q, I have found that I cannot flash a previous version of an earlier Q bootloader. So I got around this by just continueing to use the earlier Q bootloader until I was sure I did not want to back out.

I am guessing I cannot keep the current Q bootloader and flash R successfully. Got to Flash the R bootloader and there will be no going back to Q?

Bootloader version (U6) is same on last Android Q and First R so there shouldn't be trouble downgrading last Q bl. Though practically I haven't tested myself.
