Make sure all the proper apps are on the DenyList. Then use the GPay Fix in ROM Tool>Mods & Misc Fix

It's still a bit early but, my experience is much the same. Significantly better battery life on S02. And power drain on S01 wasn't horrible.
Need some help. I know the dirty flash upgrade isn't the recommended upgrade pathway but I had only just finished setting up with S01 in the past couple of weeks and didn't want to start again.
After dirty flash install I did all the steps to setup magisk again (including uninstall magisk app from app drawer before flash) and the stuff in ROM tool.
Firstly, the magisk stub didn't change back to the original magisk icon but it was still working so whatever. However when I use the "Hide the Magisk app" function (which I labelled Ksigam) instead of replacing the original icon it created a new separate one.
When I click on the "fake" icon it attempts to install magisk again -
Can anyone tell where I might have stuffed up or any advice before going the nuclear option (clean ROM install)?

Edit - I don't know if it's "fixed" but I deleted both magisk apps and reinstalled using the apk from dr.ketan. Now the Icon is showing properly and "Hide the Magisk app" didn't create a new separate icon. I still don't know why it happened so hopefully I haven't screwed myself up for anything else.

Battery on S02 is phenomenal.
7 hr 19 min SOT and still 18% spared. So it's like 9 hr SOT with full drain.
No debloat, just put all apps under deep sleep which I don't want to run in background

Is anyone else using Gmail and noticing that notifications are not coming through? I've tried deleting and re-installing the app as well as removing my account and re-adding. I am not get any push notifications.
@dr.ketan I've been receiving notifications for magisk updates, is it okay to install or will it affect any of the fixes you made?

You can update. Issue updating magisk is only on N10/S10 (2019 device) device where magisk is in kernel (without ramdisk)
On N20/S21 it is safe.
First update Manager then you will get notification to update magisk, update it (direct Install) and reboot.

Important Instructions for setting up ROM (NEW)
- In case clean installing ROM
- On first boot, open magisk and complete the additional setings if asked for, else exit the magisk app. (Don't setup any option in magisk now)
- Then open ROM Tool, Apply essential fix and Reboot
- After reboot SfetyNet should pass. You can use this app from playstore or This from Github to check SafetyNet. There is separate SafetyNex Fix option available in ROM Tool - Mods & Misc fix - SafetyNet fix, You can use anytime if needed.
- Now you can further setup ROM a per your liking. Also MagikHide is Configure Denylist now and available under Magisk Settings.
- Since A12 Stable Magisk not working and new Magisk doesn't have buil-in Module repo, You can get standalone module manager from here For more details and queries about new magisk ref this
- Clear ROM Tool data
- Before installing ROM, uninstall Magisk manager from app drawer
- After ROM installation, update Magisk from installed stub
- Then Follow above instruction for clean installation
- In case you have any issue after dirty install, don't post queries on thread, we don't support dirty install, simply go with clean install.
IMPORTANT NOTES :
- We recommended to flash Stock firmware before flashing this ROM if you are on too old base or on other ROM , If not full, at least flash Home_CSC*.tar.md5 file from stock firmware with CSC tab of Odin. This is specifically for
- N985 Device (Any group of CSC)
- N986B device with non OXM group of CSC (To check your CSC group, Dial *#1234#. If CSC part doesn't starts with N986BOXM your are on Non OXM group of CSC
- For N986B device with OXM group CSC (If your CSC part starts with N986BOXM) files are included (about 98 CSCs) in ROM setup file, You can see complete list of available CSC in aroma installer. You must select to flash CSC option if your csc is part of it. This will update CSC files to same base.
