No,it's not on XDA. Also it's against GPL (user didn't provide sources). Thanks for sharing my thread(s) !
Also, could you add a link to zack's kernel? I think its called ROME kernel, but im not too sure. Can't find it anywhere atm.
What kernel can I use to overclock the stock Gingerbread ROM?Seems there's lot of confusing between .32 and .35's ROM compatibility: Lemme explain all.
- .32 Kernel tree: Must be flashed only on:
- CM7 6.5.x and ALL CM7 6.5.x based ROMs
- Froyo Stock/cooked ROMS- - Phoenix ROM
- .35 Kernel tree:
- All CM7 6.6.x based ROMS
- Oxygen ROM
- Optimus Net port
- Optimus Pro port
- lupohirp's AOSP port
- SWEATTAIMI's Ice cream sandwich Android 4.0 binary ROM port
.35 kernels, preferably francos kernels. What kernel can I use to overclock the stock Gingerbread ROM?
I'd like to lift the performance a bit on my wife's P500.
+1i have a suggestion, divide roms to old and new basebands![]()
Thank you!!! Very professional!
PS: I'd extremely nice also to specify what is compatible with what. I had enough troubles with lg p505 vs p500. There are also p506,509 and so on... What are the differences, bombs, advises.
I'd suggest to call this LG P5xx post of the year!
Please, do a separation between ROM from original sources and from CM sources.
I will update very soon guys![]()

There's plenty on the site of the new rom XDA
