Asus ROG Phone II I001DA ww rom SafetyNet Failed and Wifi Not Working

hi I bought Asus ROG Phone II ZS660KL I001DA with the WW rom already flashed (WW_16.0640.1908.12_0 it seems to me unlikely because on the asus website I find only WW_16.0631.1908.12). I had problem with themes and the failed SafetyNet test (CTS profile match fail). So I unlocked the bootloader and got flash rootww190812.img (downloaded from xda) but WiFi doesn't work. I have however installed the Magisk Manager v20 7.1.1 and the ROOT Explorer app and managed to change the COUNTRY file from CN to WW and delete the HIDDEN file and now the themes are there and work. But looking around I read that if you have the I001DA version it is the Chinese one and you have to flash the rootcn190812.img even if you have the WW Rom. Right? Because before flashing the wwroot image, in the safetynet app after the test it said "Your ASUS_I001DA Failed" and after I flashed the wwroot tells me "Your ASUS_DE Failed" So I have to flash the cnroot image because i have the I001DA model? Please, I'm waiting for an answer

Well I'm not sure it's of much use to you, but I bought a CN phone in the same state (WW rom flashed but fingerprint still needed changing) and after changing to WW fingerprint and updating to latest 1908.25 I have no problems with WiFi or safety net, I still have WW root img. However, I have only checked in magisk manager that it passes...
So what I'm saying is, I don't think you need CN root img, however I could be wrong!

My device also now shows ASUS_DE, BTW

the fingerprint has always worked and works even now. I opened the camera app and video recording doesn't work either like wifi and the SafetyNet Test. But where can I find the 1908.25 update? On the asus website I see only 1908.21

yes I saw.. I meant where do I find it on the official asus website? because I only see 1908.21
Not sure where it was released, maybe in China asus? I found it on Vietnamese telegram group... But yeah, if you want latest from asus.com, 1908.21 is the latest.

If you're unsure whether to install .25 then just install .21 from official site. See if your problems are fixed...

Also, to be sure you've done the fingerprint change to WW correctly, you can install device info hw from playstore and check under system. It should say WW under rom, product and fingerprint

On Device info HW says

Product: WW_l001D

Description: WW_Phone-user and the rom version

Fingerprint: asus/WW_l001D and the rom version

I'm ok?

Then I have the rootww190812 img flashed... For updating to 1908.21 i need to flash the bootstockww img of the 1908.12? Because i put the zip file in the root of the phone storage but after i reboot nothing happends.

Always match the root boot img with the same rom. Restart the device, then the update should show providing it's in the root storage....

ok, i flashed the bootstockww190812 ( i have the WW_16.0640.1908.12_0), but again nothing happens, it doesn't make me update. Same problems Wifi, camera and SafetyNet fail ... But why it says 0640. i search everywhere i find only 0631 with the .1908.12
what do you suggest me to do now? I need to relock the bootloader? Is secure or i can leave unlock?

I would leave it unlocked, especially if you want to root later... For now I would take everything off the phone (photos etc) and flash the raw rom. One moment, I'll get you a link...

This is the link to the raw rom, extract it to the root of c drive, remove the original zip from the folder you have just extracted (if it's in the same folder the cmd get confused).
Connect to pc in fastboot mode and run flashall_AFT.cmd. Wait for at least 10 mins, maybe up to half hour. The cmd window should stay open and the phone should reboot twice when it's finished. That'll get you to 1908.21 and hopefully fix your problems... Let me know how it goes.

Yes, flashing raw replaces everything

Sorry bud, maybe open your own thread in Q and A, I'm not sure why or how to get your device to pass...

ok, but if I update with the manual update to 1908.25 if I have any problems, can I re-flash the raw rom 1908.21?
I've not had to roll back yet, so can't say for sure. But as far I'm aware there's no anti rollback. Perhaps someone else can confirm?

Just noticed something weird and maybe it's my fault, but i had no idea that could happen. 2 days was released new magisk update with manager update. So i did update of magisk via OTA and in magisk after flash restarted phone. Now i noticed, that my system is no in version *.25, but back on *.12 .... So when i will need to update magisk, i need to copy *25 version of asus update file and make this procedure again just with letting magisk update? o_O

Hmm, I just did the update with magisk using direct install and all went well (still on .25). Strange
