I had this bug in my original rom. Some say that its related to internet sharing. If U have activated that just once, the WiFi + 3g bug will seems to appear.. Have not tried this rom though and it seems that this bug still persist..

Have you noticed a drop in signal strength with the new radio? I definitely get the grip of death whereas I never did previously.
Yes, it could be the origin of the problem. In my original rom i never tested internet sharing and i never had (or detect) this problem. But in this ron i turn on just once to test that it works, and now i have the bug. But it seems to persist even after few soft resets. Maybe internet sharing does some changes in registry that causes that.

There's a thread talking about this issue.. They suggest factory reset. Since u just flashed this rom, no harm trying.. 
Another issue is the return of lag ingame with SRS activated.

I don't think that SRS bug was ever fixed. I had lag after both the HTC updates. However, only few games showed that lag. Not all.

I actually have it in games that used to work fine.
Orbital is a good example.
Photosynth seems laggier too with srs.
Perhaps its just on my titan still.
Does the new ROM let you use Internet Sharing while on AT&T's network? That alone would huge for me.

No it still says you need to activate it. I'm guessing there is a way since it was possible on the Focus via registry edits. I just haven't had the time to try it on the Titan.
Exactly, had this working on my Focus as well. I would have never thought it would be 7 months and counting before I'd have this on my Titan. As much as I hate the idea of it, I may end up having to switch back the Android because of this one issue.
This definitely appears to be possible. I made a few registry modifications and it lets me turn it on and gives me the AP name and password. I think a few more changes and it should work.
EDIT:
Here's how to enable WLAN hotspot on AT&T Titan without the plan.
Open the registry editor and browse to the following location:
HKLM\Comm\InternetSharing\Settings
Modify the following values:
"OpenMarketEnabled" value="1"
"EntitlementURI" value="./Vendor/MSFT/Registry/HKLM/Comm/InternetSharing/Settings/OpenMarketEnabled"
Reboot your phone
****This may also work on other carriers as well. Also note that some carriers can detect you are using this method and force you to pay for the proper plan. I am not responsible if you break anything or pay extra.****

ENTER IN USB MODE and change the multicard-reader for one card reader
RESULT: al working fine!!

I have now installed this ROM, can deploy apps like advanced configuration, which would indicate that the interop lock is no longer there, but any changes I make in either advanced configuration or the pre-installed registry editor do not save.
I don't get any error messages in either, but, for example, when in advanced config if I was to add a new tile colour to the themes, then press settings to apply the newly created colour of choice, it is not there. I have tried adding the new colour, closing AC and re-opening it again, but it just disappears. Same thing in regedit on the phone. Add new/edit key, close and re-open to see it gone
Any ideas?

Simple question: My y-cable and gender changer will be in this week some time, and this Link68759 guy http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1688614 flashed his Titan with the Gold Card Method.
What went wrong with Link68759's attempt and did you have any problems?
Being that you made your own cable, is there any variation to the HSPL instructions that yielded success in your case?
