More than 30 thousands download reported for my different IMEI Tool on different device and till today no one have reported anything wrong with their device.
But yeah I have seen lot Ppl crying when lose IMEI and haven't made efs backup.

I have SM-N910F Note 4 and bought your app from Google Play, I long pressed the Backup EFS button and it said in big red letters that my device is not supported?

However when I use Solid Explorer to check the MyEFS folder I can see a build.prop, efs.img.ext4, and three files starting with mdm...
Also there is a second dated MyEFS folder with the same files in.

Can I assume this is working but falsely saying it cant?

Important :
Play store version user of N910F getting false message about device not supported is bug. I have fixed and will update play store version soon. Though nothing to worry about created backup.
Sorry for inconvinience.
Edit : Issue is fixed and it will be (V1.3) appear after 3-4 hrs on play store.

It shows me wrong device and doesn't save up files. I can't find nothing on the internal...

I have report that it's been fixed. Can you send me your buil.prop?
