1. Yes, this ROM has integrated TWRP recovery (but China version), so I think you vet better to install TWRP by @xkeita.
2. Yes, like for other android 7.x.x and higher.
3. Mostly yes.
4. I am not a developer so I can't tell you this.

Hello I would like to know if they can activate the mirror mode to duplicate the screen on my TV, I am working with the Rom in a D6653 for now only certain apps fail and are closed at the end of use not all the keyboard if da problems even that is not annoying in addition I have no problems with the wifi nor with bluetooh in the calls without reboots. The photos on the day are decent herewith some screen shots.

Is wifi okay for version 2.1.0 I had a problem when I was in another room so wifi disconnected allebo it was with one mallet it is fixed in version 2.1.1 please write try as far as possible from the wifi router
