I tried almost all the methods I can find on this forum, and no luck at all. Still cannot get the 2.3.5 V10j rooted. Anyone got any luck? P930.

It has been said a thousand times, YOU CANNOT ROOT V10J!
I don't know if that's necessarily true.

Two posters have claimed that they were successful:

If anyone else has successfully rooted v10j, PLEASE post up the image files.

They could be trolling, but if they did, maybe it was a lucky shot or they tried 2000 times. It would be easier to unbrick IMHO.

I'm not trolling... I did it with a script that i pieced together from others. It took 10 tries at first and then 1 every other time after that.

Rooting 2.3.5 is a beast but it can be done. Unbricking is the fastest way.
