2 Bluetooth apps in App list

So for some reason I have 2 bluetooth apps showing in my apps list. One has permission to make changes and the other one doesn't even have the option. When I force close the one that doesn't have the permission to make changes it causes the the app page to close and goes back to the list of applications and it also causes the list of applications to refresh. If I force close the Bluetooth app that has the option to allow permission to make changes it just force stops and stays on the apps page and doesn't go back to the list, like it normally does. What the heck is this???

Two bluetooths

I have 2 as well versions 8.1.0 and version 7.0.23.0.1 have you taken a look at their permissions yet? 7.0.23.0.1 is fine but 8.1.0 is creepy
