2 sim has no signal cool 1

pleas i need some help here
my phone leeco cool 1
i flashed jui rom then i would try to get back to eui
my phone has bricked then i fixed this problem but i have another
2 sim has no signal no network i flashed qcn file now i can see imei but sim still not working
pleas help
