Did you get yours yet, if so how do you like it? Mine was supposed be delivered by today but I had to leave for a trip this morning, so it'll pry come in later today. Was hoping to swap it out as at the airport and two quick calls and a few text and I'm already at 80%... ughh lolPretty sure it's the same size as stock, but will know further once it arrives. If yurkinator's around he could answer definitively.

Oh yeah, sorry. I did get it. Took a little longer than expected, seeing how they processed AND shipped the same day I ordered.Did you get yours yet, if so how do you like it? Sweet. What I don't get is how you can buy knock off batteries for everything from these phones, to laptops (win based), and whatever else and they work no problem. Yet you buy an knock off battery for any Apple product it's f'd and never works right, need a new battery for my Macbook Pro and nothing but complains and issues with replacements unless straight from rape you in the butt $$$ Apple, people that did the same for the iPhone, Pods etc themselves same issues. Fricken Apple lolOh yeah, sorry. I did get it. Took a little longer than expected, seeing how they processed AND shipped the same day I ordered.
Still, it fits perfectly. Actually, mine seems to fit better than the original and I can tell a huge difference in the overall life. On the first charge I was able to go nearly two days before having to charge it at %4! While I didn't use it as much as previously during that time frame, it was still very impressive - I hadn't been able to go that long since the first week of owning this back in 2011 on GB.
I'll upload a screenshot of where I am right now, but I can tell you there's noticeable difference for me over the original two year-old OEM. This was a great find at the price, so thank you again!
Edit for picture.

I can say mines been awesome. Calls, text, just over 2 hours on screen time, nav gps for about 30 min, downloading etc.. and still had plenty left at end of day, over 20%, stock battery couldn't do that w/o dying last few months and not even two years old. Would of posted a shot but plugged it in and threw stats off. Stand by seems to be the norm for me on sho3, about 1% ever hour and half (wifi set to only stay on in sleep when plugged in, makes a big difference with Androids wonky wifi searching).meh..hasn't been my experience, its been off the charger for an hour and i'm already down to 93% ...probably sent 5 texts in the past 1 hour and that's about it

paid an online bill and im down to 89% lol...
Yeah, problem is around the same time that i changed the battery i also switched to straight talk (from ATT) and I feel like its constantly searching for a better signal and also around the same time i updated to latest version of Task's ROM...hard to tell whats the problem source lolReally? Sorry to hear that; it's not going to get you 2+ days of usage but I've not had that bad a drop off. Could be your kernel. May I suggest AJK with one of the built-in profiles? That's what I'm on and have found the battery lasts about what the original one did the first day I had this phone.
The ST observation is interesting; I've never paid any attention to that, so I can't say if I had the same thing with AT&T. Anyway, I mainly use either Battery or Topiratiko's profile, mostly because Im too lazy to create my own and they've worked great for me.Yeah, problem is around the same time that i changed the battery i also switched to straight talk (from ATT) and I feel like its constantly searching for a better signal and also around the same time i updated to latest version of Task's ROM...hard to tell whats the problem source lol
mind telling me what profile do you use with AJK? thanks
That's weird, because I've left it charging over night and it gets all the way to %100 and maintains it, exactly like the original. I agree with yurkinator that this is in no way a true 2200, but to me it's operating exactly like my old battery did on day one.Ok more I've used this battery, here's the deal, it works great for normal use. However Whether car dock, car charger, or usb charger, or even the wall charger... it won't continue to charge (let alone hold the charge) like the stock battery does. Talked to a few other owners of this battery and samething. Not sure what causes that. My car dock is screwy right now but the same one I had before the stock battery would charge up to 100% or maintain 100% if plugged in like that even if running GPS/Nav, streaming music, and getting text or emails etc. Same for the car charger or wall charger. The 2000mah battery even if plugged in to my wall charger and browsing will discharge, but a bit more slowly then if not plugged in.
So if your going on long trips or anything and really needing Nav or just a heavy user of your phone plugged in, your best off buying a real Samsung replacement. Otherwise for just normal use it kicks ass for 4 bucks.
No it charges to 100% if you leave it, no problem there. What I was saying was if it's charging like on the car charger and your using Nav, or even if hooked to the wall charger and like browsing or whatever, the charge will drop while in use. With the stock Samsung battery it would maintain 100% or if it was used and I plugged it into the car it would charge back to 100% even with Nav running, streaming music, emails etc. That's weird, because I've left it charging over night and it gets all the way to %100 and maintains it, exactly like the original. Maybe I just got a lucky battery!
Oh, Ok, I get it now :screwy:.No it charges to 100% if you leave it, no problem there. Think I made a mistake in my op, I meant while the phone was in use. It'll charge on my dock or car charger. But even if I stream music, it'll drain almost as if not plugged in, just not as quick as it would if the phone wasn't hooked up.
Seems to be the screen, I just streamed music earlier with screen off and it slowly was charging (not as fast as the stock battery in the dock), but with it on it seems it draws more current from the battery then it's grabbing from the charging cord whether wall or car. The other night I was browsing and it was dropping % while plugged into the wall. So for whatever reason the battery can't make up for the draw being placed on it with like Nav etc in use and screen on even if plugged in. Odd... not sure what would cause that. The stock battery had no problem charging to 100% or maintaining 100% in the dock or car charger even if using Nav, streaming etcOh, Ok, I get it now :screwy:.
I'll test mine out tomorrow and see if the same thing happens, because I've not tried that yet.

I spent the $5 to get this battery to see if it was an improvement to my stock. I used it for about a week and decided that I was getting better performance our of my stock battery. Granted my stock battery is just under 1 year old and still gives me around 4hrs screen time with Slim Bean and AJK.Ok more I've used this battery, here's the deal, it works great for normal use. It really is a good deal for the price! :good:Well, this battery may not be the best thing around, but my old stock is 2 years old, so the Attain has been a noticeable improvement for me.
