Will this do any harm if I install it on Android 2.2? I am trying to use a "Mini USB" port to Ethernet connection, and it is not working. The ethernet package is installed and there is working 802.11B wifi. However, I don't think the Ethernet package knows to use the USB as the ethernet port.

Any ideas?
