Hi everyone, was missing the Wildfire S forums the last years! 
I revived my Wildfire S and I was asked to do a new tutorial for completely unlocking the Wildfire S. So I did.
I tried to do everything as understandable as possible and explained every step in detail. This tutorial includes:
- Unlocking the bootloader via htcdev.com
- Flashing a custom recovery (CWM Recovery)
- Flashing a custom ROM
WARNING: This tutorial is german, great for the german speaking xda users, but I tried to make everything easy to understand, so even if you don't speak german, you should be fine and not have any problems.
