This version of memu is great, but i found a big problem.
Memo does not has an IP in LAN. It uses the host IP, and a virtual driver.
Then, i cant play local games in LAN, and apps that needs to find memu in LAN.
I am thinking in send screen over LAN to chromecast u other, for example, or play minecraft in LAN, etc.
Perhaps this helps:
On MEmu install the Microsoft Remote Desktop app (you get it on Google Play Store). With the Microsoft Remote Desktop app you can connect to your Windows PC and your work resources from almost anywhere. Read more here.

Also, having the possibility to run MEmu as "user" is a plus (already achievable, but not in a "clean" way).
If you understand under MEmu the executable MEmu.exe, then don't think it's difficult: use RunAs from Windows Explorer. In Windows Explorer you select an executable file, here MEmu.exe, Shift-Right-click and select Run As..

Of course this option can be hidden by setting
Code:
    HKLM\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Policies\Explorer
    HideRunAsVerb=1

Another method would be to use ShellRunAs.

Yes, there are quite few different approaches for that, like the one I currently use: http://xdaforums.com/showpost.php?p=65258059&postcount=1040
Still, the default "Run as Administrator" is not optimal, in my opinion.

Remote desktop is not the solution, i want to play games in lan, and so, the games installed in other machines must find memu by ip. ie, minecraft

I'm not sure how "minecraft" works, but I can access all my lan-servers from MEmu (I can browse my local webserver just fine).
You probably can't do the contrary, unless you add a port-forward, but I see no reason to host a "server" on a MEmu instance.

The video you provided is of miserable quality, at least I can't see and/or read an error message: if an error message is shown then please provide the error message as TEXT here.

My 1st impression is: it works on MEmu.

BTW: Wondering who wants to run a game that demands permissions as follow:

Code:
Retrieve running apps:
    Allows the app to retrieve information about currently and recently running tasks. This may allow the app to discover information about which applications are used on the device.
Add or remove accounts:
    Allows the app to perform operations like adding and removing accounts, and deleting their password.
Find accounts on the device:
    Allows the app to get the list of accounts known by the device. This may include any accounts created by applications you have installed.
Modify or delete the contents of your USB storage:
    Allows the app to write to the USB storage.
Read the contents of your USB storage:
    Allows the app to read the contents of your USB storage.
Record audio:
    Allows the app to record audio with the microphone. This permission allows the app to record audio at any time without your confirmation.
View Wi-Fi connections:
    Allows the app to view information about Wi-Fi networking, such as whether Wi-Fi is enabled and name of connected Wi-Fi devices.
Read phone status and identity:
    Allows the app to access the phone features of the device. This permission allows the app to determine the phone number and device IDs, whether a call is active, and the remote number connected by a call.
Full network access:
    Allows the app to create network sockets and use custom network protocols. The browser and other applications provide means to send data to the internet, so this permission is not required to send data to the internet.
View network connections:
    Allows the app to view information about network connections such as which networks exist and are connected.
Connect and disconnect from Wi-Fi:
    Allows the app to connect to and disconnect from Wi-Fi access points and to make changes to device configuration for Wi-Fi networks.
Change network connectivity:
    Allows the app to change the state of network connectivity.

I finished my MEmu App Player (AKA MEmu) tests.

My conclusion:

Don't use MEmu on computer with single-core processor (typically found on computers that are reasonably old or legacy systems), such as Intel Pentium 4 and AMD Athlon processors.
Don't run 1080p games on MEmu
.

MEmu's purpose is to play Android games on Windows PC, at least it's described this way.

MEmu by default emulates a Samsung GT-P5210 (according to official data sheet these are the specs: 10.1'', Android 4.2.2, resolution 1280x800 pixel, 149 ppi). My MEmu current settings are: 1024x576, 191 dpi. Minus virtual buttons screen resolution in reality is 1024x533. Could check this with Google's Android Assistant app. Note that in MEmu the virtual Android device (VAD) is represented by MEmuHeadless.

MEmu to play games - which almost all are 720p (1280x720) - requires at least a dual-core processor. To play 1080p (1920x1080) games it requires at least a quad-core processor for smooth playback, because MEmu in each case must downscale this resolution to fit. This eats additional CPU/GPU resources. As a rule of thumb: The higher in resolution you run a game, the slower it will be. Running a 1080p game is an overkill for MEmu.
EDIT: Test-videos in different resolutions / fps you can download from here.

BTW: Potential users of MEmu first of all always should install Passmark PerformanceTest Software on their Windows computer and run the 3D-test to find out their machine is suitable.

For what reasons ever in MEmu the resolution is decreased to 1024x533. MEmu runs 1280x800 in full speed on my computer and it doesn't get reduced to 1024x533 and I can easily switch to full screen mode. All the games work at maximum FPS, sometimes it does stutter and it happened to slow down once, the control responses were so slow, 2 second delay/latency, I had to restart MEmu. I didn't install that passmark you're suggesting and MEmu runs great. I don't think the two are related.

How can you access to lan ip's (192.168.x.x) from memu virtual ip (10.0.x.x) ?????
If MEmu can browse the internet&PlayStore, it means it can reach you internal router (usually 192.168.x.1).
In an "home setup" every host should be able to reach the router (usually 192.168.x.1), even your "servers" (also your local MineCraft server).
If this happens, then your MEmu instance should be able to talk to your "local MineCraft server"...the router knows how to do it...

Anyway, these are only assumption, simply because you didn't specify anything at all about your "Home LAN".
This is not really the place to debug "networking" issues, but as long as your MEmu instance is capable of browsing the internet, it should also be able to connect to your internal-LAN servers (again, assuming your lan uses a typical setup and everything is correctly configured).

EDIT:
If you really wanna learn, here it is a couple of link explaining VirtualBox networking:

    [TOOL] Free up PC's RAM and then launch MEmu App Player

    On low-memory Windows machines (Vista and later) it might be useful to regain RAM as much as possible before launching MEmu App Player.

    Wrote a small Windows Command script that reads as below
    Code:
    @echo off & setlocal
    set "cwd=%~dp0"
    if not exist "%cwd%MEmuVM.exe" ( goto quit )
    if exist "%cwd%EmptyStandbyList.exe" (
    ::This command clears the memory that is used by the
    ::applications and the processes running on your PC.
    "%cwd%EmptyStandbyList.exe" workingsets
    ::This command involves risk but it does clear the memory for
    ::the content that must be written to the page file before it
    ::can be reused.
    "%cwd%EmptyStandbyList.exe" modifiedpagelist
    ::This command frees up all the standby pages irrespective of
    :: their priority. Sometimes it is observed that it revovers a
    ::vast amount of memory with no unwanted side-effects
    ::whatsoever.
    "%cwd%EmptyStandbyList.exe" standbylist
    )
    "%cwd%MEmuVM.exe" %*
    :quit
    endlocal & @echo on
    and compiled it to MEmu.exe.

    HOW TO USE

    Unpack the attached .ZIP, then
    1. Rename existing executable ..\Microvirt\MEmu\MEmu.exe to MEmuVM.exe
    2. Copy the 2 executables MEmu.exe & EmptyStandbyList.exe to ..\Microvirt\MEmu
    Done

    Note: I do not offer any support for this.

    Is there any way to get install files other way?
    I have ennerving, slow internet connection that is disconnecting hourly, and installer is not able to download whole thing(imagine 1mb left and bam, disconnect) ;/

    You can try the download link http://download.cnet.com/MEmu/3000-2115_4-76439295.html

    It is whole installer. There are some different from small installer. Some of the prompts were in Chinese, but the button text was English. So you don't worry.
