Is there any way to update Xposed for Nougat above v89? v90 beta3 was never released for SDK 24 or 25 that I can find anywhere.
As far as i know no updates to nougat.
v90 is for Oreo ( 26 and 27 ). Since there are differences between nougat and oreo i don't know if v90 will work.
Edxposed works from oreo onwards ( through Magisk ).
LSPosed work from oreo (8.1 ) and onwards ( through Magisk ).

Good evening. I am trying to install xPosed to NOX emulator for a few hours now.
I tried doing everything.

Steps taken ...

Root and restart NOX
check with Root Checker ( root ok )
run Xpose Installer

Then i tried various things ...

Hit on reboot
Hit on not now and (soft reboot)
Hit on nothing, just close NOX.
The outcome is the same.

Either I'm stuck on Android Boot login screen ..
Either I'm stuck on 99% NOX Boot login screen ..

Any way to fix this ?

Thanks but that's not what I wanted. I wanted a uninstaller zip for Systemless xposed. I have a uninstaller zip for magisk myself.
If you have custom recovery installed on your device, just reboot to custom recovery, go to file manager, select /data folder then select /adb, every module you've install is there, inside the /module folder

Thanks. It worked.

If you have a faulty plugin (like gravitybox) you need to delete EVERYTHING the App created (is a little bit weird because gravitybox makes changes to Frameworks and System UI but this works) like delete the app folder in /data/dalvik-cache/arm ; /data/user/0 ; /data/app /data/user_de (i think because of the system language, but i'm not sure) and if you saved your settings (in the app) you'll also have to delete /storage/emulated/0

So i figured out that this zip is also compatible with android 7.0 (tested on J330FN=SAMSUMG J3) (since the API levels down to Lolipop[5.0]; API Level 21 exist) I guess that it's compatible with Android 5.0 too.

Im not sure if this is the precise topic area for this question or not

I have a Samsung Note 10+ with stock OS on it
I want to put a de-googled OS on it - either a stock OS thats been de-googled or one such as LineageOS etc etc
I wanted to put Magisk on it with XPrivacyLua....but i just read in the thread that XPrivacyLua has been officially discontinued :(
and that the original author of XPrivacyLua is leaving XDA :(

XPrivacyLua - Updated Info:

Even worse he sais
"The LSposed developers do not support the module (*)"

How am i going to protect my self now from privacy invasion games/apps that want things like phone call logs/phone contacts/WiFi ID etc etc

I feel totally naked at this point....and that's not a good feeling to have...
Can anybody recommend any apps/or root tools or magisk modules ??

Thank You

PS: A BIG THANK YOU to M66B - the original Author of XPrivacy :)

What do you gain with XprivacyLua module ?

What do you gain with XprivacyLua module ?
The ability to block any user or system Permissions to any individual app
(not just the official OS permissions like Phone number, Phone Contacts etc etc)

THINGS THAT I HAVE FOUND OUT ON THE INTERNET THAT YOU MIGHT WANT TO BLOCK:

Device ID
SIM serial (ICCID)
SIM info (operator, country)
Incoming Call Number
Outgoing Call Number
Accounts (inlcuding your Gmail account)
Network location
Network info (operator, country)
Account auth tokens
Browser book marks & history
System logs
Battery Statistics (can be used to determine what apps you have used)

SD Cards (Micro SD Cards) - the ability to read them.

Yes but for which reason to do this ? What do you mind if some software for example can read your sim info or some other ? What you will you gain ? If you have the XprivacyLua then some software can work properly but without this, can't ? I mean some example with usefulness of XprivacyLua. Thanks !

If you understand the basic premise of "Privacy", or put another way "lack of disclosure" then why would anybody who values privacy/anonymity want to give out info like weather Im with a global company such as Vodaphone or a phone provider that is specific to my country ?
If there are any experts out there who know about topics like Geokocation tracking it would be the devs of GrapheneOS

For example, did you know its possible to determine the make/model of phone one uses merely by reading the phones individual hardware specs such as battery ID ?

Companys that make apps try to get aggregate data on an individual by grabbing as much data as they can deliberately for profiling purposes
This info can then be given to other companies

Then there is the nsa, cia, fbi, xyz....
Ask yourself this 'Do i care weather im a tracked being ?'

I care, many others care hence why GrapheneOS exists in the first place
Its just that many such as myself cannot afford a Google Pixel phone yet, and XPrivacy started in 2013 and i thank dev M66B for allowing me to block Facebook, Messenger game FunRun and everyone other app - Commercial or FOSS
From grabbing my phone number, my phone contacts, my WiFi ID, my bluetooth connection, my cellular provider and much much more

      - Won't effect SuperSU anymore. Both are now working independently
      - Massively updated flash script, should be more reliable (e.g. Prefer sukernel in su.img over bundled binary)

    • v85.1

    Updates!
I slightly updated the scripts to work with the changes in Magisk v16.4.
As you know currently I have very limited free time, I can't test everything before I went back to the military camp, that's why the latest Magisk releases are always dubbed "beta", and fixes will always take a week before I can finally touch my computer.
    Hope you can understand :)

    Systemless Xposed Update!!
Here comes the long awaited Oreo Xposed thanks to rovo89. I'm glad to see Xposed running on my Pixel XL on the latest version of Android :)
All previous versions are also updated to use the newer templates for better support on Magisk v15+.

BTW, the fact that the source code for v90 are not out yet I can still release systemless versions again proven that I do not recompile the binaries, all binaries are repackaged from the original sources.
So if you face any issues, do not complain here :)
